Not Much of an update
Earlier this morning our substitute adoption clinician called our house to give us an update. Ryan had not left for work yet so he was able to talk to her. As of early this morning our book has not been show yet. She said that it should be today and we might hear tonight if we have been chosen or not. This is a little frustrating since when we met with our adoption clinician last Monday she told us that our book was going to be sent out overnight to the birth mother but that never happened. Hopefully the books will be shown to the birth mother today. I pray that she will be able to decide and feel confident she made the right choice even if it is not us. Until then I am doing my best to be patient.

Hey Brooke! I hear ya on trying to be patient! We go to committee (again...3rd time's a charm right?) for a little boy in November. I'm so tired of waiting...and then being disappointed when we aren't selected.
I hope your wait is much shorter than ours! 6 1/2 months so far for us.
