Two Weeks Old!

Today Landon is two weeks old. He is an amazingly strong boy. He is already eating and pooping, just two days after his surgery! From what we have been told he is having a faster recovery than normal. We were able to feed him at the hospital today and change several diapers. He really loves to be held and is pretty content most of the time. They are starting to lower his IV intake and feed him more. He only had to be on the breathing machine for a few hours and had a catheter in for about 24 hours after his surgery. Soon he should be able to come home. When we are in the hospital with him we always talk to him and from what we can tell he already knows our voices. He smiles a lot and can hold on really tight to our fingers. He almost always has his hands right next to his face when he falls asleep. We are very thankful to have Landon in our lives. Soon all of our friends and family will be able to meet our miracle baby.
