The Big Day

Landon had his surgery today and it went great. Everything went as planned which was wonderful to hear. The surgeons came out after the surgery to let us know how things went and even had a few pictures. We quickly went back to his room to see how he was doing. He was still on a ventilator but that was expected since he was in a lot of pain. Since the surgery went so well he will not need another surgery to correct the Hirschsprung's Disease. Ryan and I spent some time with him and then headed home. I was exhausted and really needed a nap. I slept for three hours and felt much better when I woke up. Depending on how things go we should be able to bring Landon home in about a week. Thank you everyone for your prayers, love and support!!
