Surprise Sprinklers

Today my friend Liz joined me on my daily walk along with Landon and Kaitlyn. We had been walking for about an hour when the babies were ready to get home so we decided to cut through the field rather than going the long way around. As we got closer to home we could see there were sprinklers on. I dodged the two sprinklers that were currently on but two more sets surprised us. Poor Landon got it right in his little face. Immediately I started to run through them to avoid more water spraying in his face. Thankfully my friend Liz was with me so she could push the stroller the rest of the way home so I could hold Landon. He was really upset and understandingly so, I felt awful as I saw the tears stream down his face. Normally by the end of my walk Landon is relaxed and ready for a nap if he is not already asleep but today that was not the case. Below are pictures from yesterday's peaceful walk.
