Camping in the Rain

We took Landon camping for the first time and he absolutely loved it!! Our friends Cody and Khristina joined us and their little girl Kaitlyn. Our car was packed to the max but we were able to bring everything that we needed. Landon was in a great mood the entire time we were there. He really loved the campfire and being outside. It did rain on us a bit but we were prepared for that with a quick shade and some games to play. We brought our pack and play for Landon and Kaitlyn to play in and they had a blast. Landon took naps on our air mattress with ease, I would lay him down and within minutes he was asleep. It does not work quite like that at home. Cody brought some glow sticks for the babies to play with and they were a great source of entertainment. There was some drama at our camp grounds with other campers but that makes for a memorable experience. We hope to go camping again this summer!
