Finger Prints

New News!! We have an appointment early next week to have our finger prints taken! This is an exciting step that means we are getting closer to starting our home study. I have been emailing our case worker to try get more details so we know what comes next. She will give us a lot more information next week about what we should be doing to get ready for the next step. As we begin this process I am noticing that we are meeting a lot of people who are also adopting or have adopted a child. A lot more people adopt that I thought. We have heard several great adoption stories that will help us though our adoption process.

About a month ago I came across a TV show that is called Adoption Stories. If you have the Discovery Health Channel I would highly recommend it. It is a 30 minute show that quickly shows different adoption processes. The shows that I have watched show international adoptions and domestic adoptions.
