Landon is home with us tonight after a long day at the hospital. His surgery was at about 12:00pm this afternoon. He started to let us know he was really hungary around 11:30am but soon fell asleep in my arms. The surgery took just over an hour and went really well. Landon took his time waking up but was able to eat a little bit in between his naps. His throat is sore from the intabation so his cry sounds pretty sad. Soon he will be back to normal but until then we are doing everything we can to make him feel better. It was really hard for me to watch him head into the surgery room since my emotions are still a bit raw from his last hospital stay. I am so glad this day is behind us!

Brooke, he really is one of the most beautiful babies I've ever seen. I'm so glad his surgery is over too, the poor thing. I feel like I've missed a ton because I haven't read your blog for awhile (family in town, kids sick, you know how it is.) Anyway, I hope you're happy and doing well. I think about you guys often.
